Warm greetings to all stakeholders. I am Taeyoung Lee, CEO of KC GreenHoldings.

It has been 50 years since KC GreenHoldings was incorporated as Korea Cottrell Industrial.

First of all, on behalf of the company, I am deeply grateful to Honorary Chairman Talwoo Lee, who founded
this company with nothing in hand but technology in Korea, where the environmental industry did not exist,
and also to all current and former employees of KC who contributed to the global environment through our
business. Without them, KC would not be where it is today. In addition, I would like to thank all stakeholders,
including all partners who quietly supported us and customers and shareholders who trusted us for growth.

KC GreenHoldings was established as a company specializing in air quality control systems by Honorary
Chairman Talwoo Lee, who was interested in air pollution problems even before the Ministry of Environment
existed in Korea. We have achieved steady growth, such as entering the global market for the first time among
environmental plant manufacturers and being listed on the stock exchange for the first time as an
environmental company. Through the Asian and global financial crises, KC GreenHoldings experienced many
difficulties. However, after 50 years of efforts with a focus on diversification of our business, we have built
a sustainable global society with more than 30 subsidiaries in not only environmental plant business but also
industrial waste treatment business, resource recycling business, office environment, and renewable energy
business. With these achievements, we have established ourselves as an environmental company that creates
sustainable earth for everyone. And the reason why we can have the honor and joy of celebrating our
50th anniversary is thanks to the efforts of our executives and employees, who have been positively and
diligently engaged in their work with a great deal of pride in contributing to the global environment in
many environmental projects.

Until now, the main task has been to improve environmental pollution caused by rapid industrial
development. Our new goal will be to reduce a broader range of environmental pollution and achieve carbon
neutrality in the future. It is because various environmental issues, such as fine dust, household waste, and
odor, have become more closely related to our lives. KC GreenHoldings has already undertaken the resource
circulation business and renewable energy business related to our goal ten years ago and will continue to
work hard to shift the focus of our business in response to the ever-changing needs of the green industry.
In addition, our core values, such as leadership by everyone, open communication, and mutual respect of all
members, played the most crucial role in enabling us to prepare for the future after overcoming the
challenging last 50 years. Creating a workplace where KC’s talents, who are full of positive energy, can dream
of personal growth and a progressive future and a corporate where they feel rewarded for working for the
earth’s future will be the basis for growing into a sustainable company.

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of our founding, we are now more resolved than ever in our determination to
continue to create a better future for all of us and the global society as a company that can realize universal
values for humanity by creating value through improving the environment and our conviction in doing so.
We will continue to promote KC’s mission and core values to make the future of the global society a better
world, as well as our stakeholders.
